Athletic Director
Mario Pharr
Interim Athletic Director
Mario Pharr currently serves in the role of Athletic Director. Pharr served as an Associate Head Coach for the Thoroughbreds MBB from 2017 -2019. He was promoted to Head Coach in 2019 serving for three seasons. Pharr is currently the most winningest Head Coach in the history of Blue Lights College athletics.

Nolan Adams
Men’s Head Coach
Coach Adams brings 15 years of extensive collegiate coaching experience to the Thoroughbreds with proven success. His passion to build student athletes to impact community, aligns with Blue Lights College’s mission, vision, and goals.
Madison Jordan
Women’s Head Coach
Madison is a goal driven individual. She is currently a full time firefighter with fire service experience since 2015. After playing basketball in high school and college, she continued her passion for the sport through coaching for the past three years.
Madison strives to help athletes understand the game and succeed on and off the court. She is excited to be in the Blue Lights College family and looks forward to the accomplishments made by student athletes in the classroom, on the court and in the community.

Coach Soto- Perez comes to the Thoroughbreds ready to re-start the amazing men’s and women’s wrestling program. His extensive experience in high school and collegiate competition and coaching has prepared him for this new start at BLC!
